I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering psychotherapy in the East Bay to adults and couples. I have been working in the mental health field for the past decade providing services to a diverse range of clients in a variety of clinical settings- non-profit mental health agencies, outpatient clinics, college counseling centers, hospice services, and crisis support.
 
I enjoy working with adults of all ages and backgrounds with different needs and issues, and am skilled in addressing a range of concerns. My areas of special focus include anxiety and depression, pregnancy, new parenthood and postpartum mood and adjustment issues, relationship and family conflict, life transitions, addiction issues, trauma, grief and loss.

I received my Masters in Social Work from California State University, East Bay and my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tufts University in Massachusetts. As I have a background in Fine Arts, I also enjoy working with artists, musicians, and writers who might process their experiences in more creative or distinctive ways.
